The participants must have their indetification ( passport or ID Card) and valid medical certificate not older then 1 year.

Aplication

Deadline for application with aditional entry fee is 08th February 2017. In 02.00 PM                                                  

After 08.th February 02.00 PM is possible to register participants but with entry fee 25.00 Euro, till the 09.th February in 02.00 PM

Change of weight class on day of official weigh-in is not possible, participant who dont have needed weight will be automaticly disqualificated.

Weight control for tatami and ring is only one time, first day.

ENTRY FEE for each contestant must be via bank transfer. Entry Fee must be transferred to the account below until the deadline by 08th of February till 02.00 PM, without any costs for the organizer. After that Entry fee for all participants will be 25.00 euro.

IF ENTRY FEE ISN’T PAID TILL  08.02.2017.  ON 02.00  PM, COMPETITORS WILL BE REMOVED FROM LIST.

If the athlete registered online and does not take part in the competition for some reason, but he/she has not been removed from the list of participants before the deadline (08.02.2017.), his/her team official must fully (100%) pay his/her entry fee for participation.

Entry fee is not refundable at any time after the deadline!

Official hotels in city Karlovac are already full, but we have free rooms in very comfort HOTEL „I“ in Zagreb, 25 minits drive to Karlovac by highway, with price of 30 euro per person per night without breakfast or 35 euro per person with breakfast.

Near to hotel it is biggest shoping center in Zagreb, named „Arena“. We recomended this hotel to everybody.

Transport

Please send all information about you flights that we can arange your transport from airport to hotels and sport hall with prices of 5,00 euro in one direction.

If we have this information early on time, you will be transfered on time.

We will organize shatlle bus with price of 5,00 euro in one direction, from Hotel „I“ to sport hall, and back in morning, and after tournament finish, every day of competition.

Natjecatelji moraju imati identifikacijsku ispravu ili sportsku knjižicu sa upisanim liječničkim uvjerenjem ne starijim od 6 mjeseci.

Registracija natjecatelja

Registracija natjecatelja vrši se na stranici www.sportdata.com 

Prijave su moguće do 08.02.2017. godine do 14.00 sati.  Nakon navedenog roka naknadno se može prijaviti, ali samo zatatami discipline i to po uvećanoj cijeni kotizacije od 200,00 kuna po prijavi, do 09.02.2017. do 14.00 sati , pismenim zahtjevom organizatoru.

Odjava natjecatelja nakon 08.02.2017. u 14.00 više nije moguća.

Promjene težinskih kategorija na dan vaganja nisu moguće, a natjevatelji koji ne zadovolje prijavljenu težinu biti će automatski diskvalificirani.

Kontrola težine odvija se samo na dan registracije, to jest prvi dan.

Startnina

Startnina se plaća isključivo putem bankovnog računa. Startnina mora bit plaćena najkasnije do 09.02.2017., do 14.00 sati , do završetka prijava, bez troška organizatora. Plaćanje na dan natjecanja nije moguće.

Ukoliko startnina ne bude plaćena do navedenog roka, natjecatelj će biti brisan sa popisa natjecatelja i neće moći nastupiti. Povrat startnine nakon završetka prijava nije moguće.

Službeni hotel natjecanja u Zagrebu je Hotel „I“ koji se nalazi pored „Arene“ uz autoput od Zagreba prema Karlovcu, udaljen 25 minuta vožnje. Cijena smještaja je 190,00 kuna po osobi za noć bez doručka, ili 225,00 kuna sa doručkom u dvokrevetnim i trokrevetnim sobama.

Hotel se nalazi oko 300 metara od šoping centra „Arena“.
